Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping with MarathonApparels.com, operated by KIWCO. We want you to love your purchase, but due to the nature of our print-on-demand business model, we only accept returns or exchanges for specific cases outlined below.

 

 

 

1. Made-to-Order Products

 

All our products are made to order, which means we print and ship each item specifically for you. As a result:

• We do not offer returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or preference-based reasons.

• Please review size guides and product details carefully before placing your order.

 

 

 

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

 

If you receive a product that is:

• Damaged in transit

• Defective in quality

• Incorrect (wrong item, color, or size than ordered)

 

Please contact us at infowonderspaces@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with the following:

• Order number

• Description of the issue

• Clear photos of the item and packaging

 

Once approved, we will arrange for a free replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.

 

 

 

3. Lost Packages

 

If your package is lost in transit:

• Contact us at infowonderspaces@gmail.com within 30 days from the estimated delivery date.

• We will file a claim with the shipping provider and issue a replacement or refund if the package is deemed lost.

 

 

 

4. Return Shipping

 

Please do not send any items back to our address or Printful’s fulfillment center unless explicitly instructed. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed.

 

 

 

5. Order Changes or Cancellations

 

Because we work with a fast, automated fulfillment system:

• Orders can only be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement.

• After this window, the order moves into production and cannot be changed.

 

 

 

6. Refunds

 

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
